The Childbearing Year is comprehensive, relationship-centered care through pregnancy, labor, homebirth, postpartum, and newborn life. You're known and trusted by your care team throughout and supported through every stage, not managed through it.

Lactation visits offer focused, hour-long support for breastfeeding challenges: from a painful latch to slow newborn weight gain to concerns that surface during pregnancy. Each visit centers on one thing: a plan that actually works for you and your baby. Available to anyone, whether or not you gave birth with Desert Rain.

Gynecologic care at Desert Rain includes contraception and family planning, annual exams and paps, and support for vaginal infections and imbalances and STI screening and treatment. Each visit is approached with the same evidence-based, whole-person attention as every other stage of care.
